We actively shape our projects around the real needs of our Levy-Paying members in retail, hospitality, and tourism. Ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful impact where it matters most.

HCBID has partnered with SEEDL to launch a dynamic Training Hub that’s transforming professional development across the County’s Visitor Economy. This cutting-edge platform gives Levy Paying / Volunteer Member businesses free, unlimited access to over 200 live, interactive courses. All delivered by expert trainers in real time, accessible from home, in the office, or on the go. Learners can join flexible webinars covering topics like Retail & Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Sales, Microsoft Excel, and Project Management. The initiative is already making waves: in 2024 alone, 882 live courses and 463 on-demand sessions were completed by Herefordshire employees. This isn’t just about learning it’s about empowering businesses to retain and attract top talent, boost performance, and respond to the growing demand for mental wellness and career growth. With tailored learning paths and accessible formats, the SEEDL Learning Hub is helping Herefordshire’s vibrant visitor economy thrive one course at a time.
