HCBID Governance Documents
This page is dedicated to providing transparency, accountability, and clarity around how the BID operates, ensuring all Levy Payers, Voluntary Members, and stakeholders have access to the key documents that guide our work. Our governance framework supports the delivery of the BID Business Plan and ensures that all activity is guided by clear policies, sector representation, and community interests. These governance documents include our Board structure, election process, declarations of interest, and codes of conduct ensuring that the BID remains open, fair, and representative of the businesses it serves. These documents reflect our commitment to ethical procurement, fair representation, and continuous improvement, as outlined in our procurement policy and Board governance framework.
Herefordshire County BID Ltd is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing a cross-section of businesses across the County. The Board is supported by thematic working groups and an executive sub-committee, all of which contribute to strategic direction, project oversight, and resource management.
We encourage all members to explore these resources to better understand how the BID is structured and how decisions are made. Regular updates are shared via newsletters and annual reports, and all members are invited to participate in shaping the BID’s future.
