HCBID’s Connect Theme is designed to develop projects and campaigns that produce tangible results on the ground to ensure that the experience had by our visitors and businesses is top class.
By creating of a range of materials, events, services and facilities that will provide, a high quality experience for those visiting.
By expanding our seasonal offer and supporting our partners to upgrade existing events and services where appropriate.
Theme Objectives
- Develop a wayfinding & signage programme for the county and towns – Herefordshire Trail

- Development of promotion of trails based around lifestyle activities such as walking and cycling – Trip Ideas
- Look at tactical animation and pedestrianisation of the public realm in our towns – Market Towns Grant Fund
- Lobby to improve footpaths in our rural areas
