All projects funded by the Herefordshire County BID will be closely monitored for Return On Investment. Monitoring will include, social media impact metrics and website analytics, Levy Payer feedback on projects and Visitor feedback on BID supported events.

Visitor Data

The Herefordshire County BID have contracted Place Informatics to give us access to visitor data providing insights into factors that affect footfall, enabling Key Performance Indicator tracking and mobility data to become key drivers for improvement initiatives. The System is divided into two areas the Town Centre Portal and the Visitor Destination Portal.

This data is available to all BID Levy Payers and Voluntary Members and will be an essential tool for your own marketing campaigns.

  • High quality training and networking events to build the capacity of individuals and organisations
  • Acting as a powerful lobbying & advocacy to ensure wider economic and infrastructure issues and opportunities such as business taxation, roads & transport networks and major public and private sector investment work for business and our area
  • Reducing costs for small independent businesses through centralised procurement of services such as trade waste management, recycling, payment systems, energy and insurance
